I've loved working with Kathy. Initially, I asked Kathy to run a "speaking and presenting online" workshop which was incredibly helpful and all my customers loved the practical and easy tips she gave on the call. Bruntwood then commissioned Kathy to be a coach for our Spark community - again I worked with Kathy on this, not only is her advice invaluable, she gives you simple solutions to problems and the confidence on how to broach the challenges with the people involved. I invested in some personal development coaching with Kathy to help me maximize my performance within my new start-up business. She has helped me in so many areas, but especially with my self-talk and thinking, by separating me from my business, enabling me to handle certain situations in a more rational and unemotive way. My self-talk is a lot more positive and kinder nowadays which in turn has bought about a lot more opportunities that I am more open to. I originally signed up with Kathy to improve my speech, communication and public speaking skills. However, what Kathy unearthed and unlocked was something far deeper stemming from some isolated traumatic experiences from my childhood that I had kept hold of subconsciously throughout my adult life. Having gone through a recent job redundancy, being with Kathy was the best place for me to be to drop the old and focus on the new to be better and stronger within myself than ever before. Thank you Kathy for believing in me when I found it hard to believe in myself.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I was going to meet Kathy for the first time but straight away she was very friendly and welcoming and I was at ease very quickly. She asked me some simple questions about how I was feeling and what I was wanting to get out of the session so I felt in control over the direction we were taking. She asked some difficult questions which did make me think a lot but in the end this was invaluable as it helped me recognise the source of some of my issues. Once these were recognised we did some exercises which were really helpful in developing my mindset to be able to deal with it.

In the session Kathy gave me some advice and tools to help change my mindset and how I perceive things which has made a massive difference for me both in and out of work. I can now address issues head on and I can cope really well even on bad days.

I kept in touch with Kathy at the end of every day for the weeks that followed and shared my wins. She is always quick to send a reply and is really motivating to speak with. I have made some small changes have completely turned things around for me and I don’t think I’d be in the position I was now without her help. Thank Kathy!
